CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY 7-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD There is a 7-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, your appointment will be considered cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. Your deposit will be forfeited. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING — 24+ HOURS You may cancel or reschedule your appointment **at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time** without any late cancellation fee. Your deposit will remain valid and may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING — WITHIN 24 HOURS Cancellations or rescheduling requests made **less than 24 hours before your appointment** will result in the **forfeiture of your deposit**. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Cancellations made **on the day of your appointment**, as well as no-shows, will be charged **100% of the scheduled service total**. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the 100% cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
