Let’s talk cancellation & late arrivals: There is a 10 min grace period. If you arrive after the 10 min mark your appt will be cancelled and rescheduled. No shows will be charged 50% of the total service booked. If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appt then you will not incur any late fee penalties. All deposits are non refundable. Please arrive early to find parking and suite location. Thank you!
